I have found the attached file on internet hopefully it work for you. Go to the C: Program Files MATLAB R2013a_Student licenses folder and replace the attached file. I suggest you to make a back up of the earlier license.dat file into license.dat.bak and then copy the attached file into that folder. And one thing you must change before you copy the file is that remove.txt from the extension of the attached file.
