Across the top that I always previously had are not there, further, the main menu bar was reduced to File, View, Window, Help is all there is. There is no right click available, no nothing.

I have Windows 7 (w/o any SP) and I have installed AutoCAD 2006 (XP Compatibility and run as an Administrator on Compatibility Tab). And it works under a Standart User properly! But when I installed SP1 Update, AutoCAD did not run on the same PC and under the same user. And if I use [runas] to run acad.exe as an Administrator AutoCAD 2006 starts properly. But but it is not convenient. Change file access permissions on the Support folders did not affect.
